Interest Only Home Equity Loans                                                                                                                             

Interest only home equity loans have a fixed interest rate and disburse at closing. Interest only home equity loans allow you to take home equity out of a property. Interest only Home Equity Loans will lower your payment compared to traditional home equity loans. For difficult to verify income, stated income Home Equity Loans are available.
