Home construction finance loan products are my specialty. Home construction finance loan products give you the ability to build your dream home. Close once and pay interest only during your home construction which can be up to 12 months. A single close home construction finance loan saves money by eliminating a second set of closing costs. If you do not own your lot, the first disbursement of your home construction finance loan buys the land and a draw schedule disburses funds when certain points in the home construction process are reached.  After construction of your home, the home construction finance loan will modify into the loan product of your choice.
