Florida Home Equity Loan                                                                                                                             

A Florida home equity loan has a fixed interest rate and disburses at closing. A Florida home equity loan allows you to take home equity out of a Florida property. An interest only Home Equity Loan will lower your payment. For difficult to verify income, a stated income Home Equity Loan is available. A Home Equity Loan with no closing costs is available as well. A major advantage of the Florida home equity loan is that your interest costs are generally tax deductible. We can lend up to 100% of the home equity in your Florida home but understand that the interest rate will be somewhat higher if your Florida home equity loan is over 90%(combined first trust and home equity loan) of the value of the property.
